Nora bakes out of love, not volume. Every loaf, every cinnamon roll, every floral cupcake is made from scratch in her home kitchen in Montpelier, Vermont. No commercial operation, no mixes, no shortcuts.

The menu covers a lot of ground: classic sourdough boules, braided honey breads, sandwich loaves, cinnamon rolls, floral cupcake bouquets, carrot cake loaves, whoopie pies, dessert trays, and seasonal specials. If you have something specific in mind, it's worth asking.

Everything is pickup only at 318 Stoneridge Road in Montpelier. Plan ahead. Breads need 3-4 days, and anything with custom decorating or specialty bakes needs 1-2 weeks.
